THE ATELIER
The Rogue & Pure co Atelier is our immersive education and mentorship program created to bridge the gap between cosmetology school and the level of artistry expected behind our chairs.
While cosmetology school provides the foundation for licensure, becoming a truly exceptional stylist requires far more: hands-on experience, technical refinement, thoughtful consultation, and an understanding of how to create beautiful results while protecting the health and integrity of the hair. Many talented new stylists leave school with natural ability and creative instinct—they simply need the right mentorship, structure, and experience to develop their craft.
Before accepting their own clients, every Atelier Protégé Stylist completes a minimum of six months assisting and training alongside our senior artists. During this time, they gain real-world experience, strengthen their technical foundations, and learn the elevated service standards, product knowledge, and artistry that define Rogue & Pure Co.
what is an Atelier protege stylist?
An Atelier Protégé Stylist is an emerging artist who has completed the initial assisting phase of our program and has been carefully approved to begin accepting clients. They continue to receive rigorous, ongoing education and close mentorship from our senior artists as they refine advanced techniques, build experience, and develop their individual artistry.

Their services are offered at a more approachable price while they continue advancing through the program—making them an excellent choice for guests who value beautiful, professionally guided results without requiring our most senior level of experience.
We created the Atelier because natural talent deserves to be nurtured—and because our guests deserve stylists who are developed with intention, not simply placed behind the chair.

SIGNATURE BLONDING | ATELIER 165+
Our signature expression of dimensional blonding, featuring thoughtfully placed highlights throughout the top and sides of the hair to create luminous dimension, seamless blending, and beautifully balanced brightness.
LUXE BLONDING | ATELIER 230+
Our most comprehensive blonding experience within the Atelier offerings, thoughtfully designed with customized placement throughout the hair to create radiant brightness, dimensional artistry, or a beautifully balanced combination of both. Guests seeking extensive lightening, corrective blonding, or dramatic color transformations may require a personalized blonding consultation. Toning is not included in base prices.
ROOT | ATELIER 120+
Seamless grey coverage or root regrowth maintenance using a single custom color formula. Designed for new growth only. Platinum retouches are not included.
